What data we collect
Documents you upload — works information, specifications, product data, client standards, NCRs, RFIs and PMIs used to generate your Inspection & Test Plans.
Account information — your name, work email, company or workspace name, role and, where relevant, billing details held by our payment processor.
Usage data — pages visited, generation and approval activity, AI credit consumption and basic technical logs used to keep the platform reliable and secure.
How we use data
We use your documents solely to generate, revise and export your Inspection & Test Plans and checklists, and to run the approval, versioning and filing features you ask for.
Aggregated, non-identifying usage data helps us improve accuracy, performance and the platform experience. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your project documents to train public AI models.
How data is stored
Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your workspace and the people you invite to it.
Guest Inspection & Test Plan drafts that are never purchased are automatically deleted after seven days. Account data is retained while your account is active and removed on request or after closure.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the platform: cloud hosting and database services, AI model providers used for document extraction and generation, payment processors for one-off purchases and subscriptions, and email delivery for notifications.
Each provider only receives the data needed for its function, and each is bound by its own data-protection obligations. Card details are handled entirely by the payment processor; we never see or store them.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and its documents. You can also export your generated Inspection & Test Plans at any time from within the platform.
Where you have given consent for optional communications, you can withdraw it at any time. We respond to data requests within 30 days.
