Terms & Conditions

Platform — the Site ITP website, application and related services.

User — any individual or organisation using the Platform, including guests.

AI Credits — units consumed when the Platform performs a complete AI generation action.

Inspection & Test Plan Output — the Inspection & Test Plans, checklists and exports produced by the Platform from your inputs.

You may only upload documents you have the right to use, and you must not upload unlawful, harmful or malicious content. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

Accounts are for the named users in your workspace. Sharing credentials, reselling access or bulk-scraping the Platform is not permitted.

One-off Inspection & Test Plan purchases are charged at the price shown at checkout and grant access to a single unlocked Inspection & Test Plan with its checklist and exports.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Because Inspection & Test Plan Output is generated and delivered immediately, one-off purchases are non-refundable once the unlocked Inspection & Test Plan has been produced or downloaded.

If a technical fault on our side prevents delivery, contact us and we will re-run the generation or refund the purchase. Subscription fees already billed are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time.

One credit equals one complete AI generation action. Manual edits, reviews, approvals and exports do not consume credits.

Credits are allocated to your plan, are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, and unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless your plan states otherwise.

Inspection & Test Plan Output is a professional aid, not a substitute for competent review. You remain responsible for verifying every plan against your contract, specifications and applicable standards before use on site.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You keep ownership of the documents you upload and of the Inspection & Test Plan Output generated for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to process those documents and deliver the service.

We retain all rights in the Platform itself, including its software, templates, branding and design.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where payment fails, or where use puts the Platform or other users at risk.

On termination you can export your existing Inspection & Test Plan Output before your data is removed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
